An existing installation base must be supported in order to keep the customers consistently satisfied until the products are phased out with new releases or new products. Maintenance of existing, sometimes proprietary, solutions is challenging, and best left to Locus Portal, which is highly focused and experienced in both standards based and proprietary location technology.

On-going product creation projects and programmes

Success in outsourcing or partnering requires a proper handling of on-going product creation projects and processes. Special emphasis must be on assuring project and programme deadlines and often a faster time-to-market is desirable. Locus Portal can flexibly take responsibility of projects, allowing an opportunity for a “clean-cut” approach, where the overall responsibility is transferred immediately.
